• Perry Noble says Don’t Let Your Past To Be Your Prison.  He also had some great words in It’s Not The Product… It’s The Service, Part One and Part Two.
• Scott Hodge writes on Apologizing Well.  Good stuff!  I have had a lot of “apologies” that were… not really!
