- 3:13 PM Jason Petermann - a church of: you will expect everyone to be a part of one
- 3:13 PM Jason Petermann - you’ll elevate the importance of this step over other steps
- 3:14 PM Jason Petermann - people may feel like the other steps don’t have much significance compared to the step of getting in a small group
- 3:14 PM Jason Petermann - people may hear if they are not in a small group, you are a substandard christian
- 3:15 PM Jason Petermann - A church with groups, but focused on relationships is the key
- 3:16 PM Jason Petermann - biblical teaching is a catalyst for life change and that life change best happens in relationships
- 3:16 PM Jason Petermann - the experience of grace – unconditional acceptance – in personal relationships is often the open door to receiving God’s grace
- 3:17 PM Jason Petermann - the care of our church people is best administered by the people with whom they share relationship

- 3:18 PM Jason Petermann - serving is best practiced in a team, a joint effort with others with whom we share mutual mission and relationship

- 3:34 PM Jason Petermann - people that want to break addictions, need counseling and other things like that do not go to support groups, the also go to these small groups in turning point

- 3:39 PM Jason Petermann - Journey Classes were going to do this, but they were to big
- 3:39 PM Jason Petermann - these are smaller groups at tables
- 3:45 PM Jason Petermann - Onramps: too many groups = confusion
